Camila Bonetti Nunes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Camila began their career as a Bolsista de Iniciação Científica at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where they worked on scientific projects and conducted tests for companies like Consul. Camila then gained experience as an Estagiária de Laboratório de Controle at WEG, where they conducted quality control tests on materials used in motors and generators.
Afterwards, Camila worked as an Estagiária de Projetos at Fundação CERTI, where they participated in long-term projects using the PMBok methodology and assisted in planning and executing leadership workshops for clients in Spanish. Camila then took on the role of Estagiária no Laboratório de Testes at Gerflor, where they developed testing protocols for a new equipment and analyzed statistical results.
Camila also worked as a Bolsista de Iniciação Científica at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, focusing on the study and development of high-tech magnetic materials. Camila then joined Wizard by Pearson as an English Teacher.
In 2018, Camila took on leadership roles at AIESEC, serving as Vice-Presidente de Comitê Local & Diretora de Vendas B2B. Camila was responsible for strategic planning, cultural development, and business-to-business sales. During their time there, they managed a team of eight people and conducted executive meetings with clients.
In 2019, Camila joined Feedz as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for onboarding processes and implementing the OKR methodology for over 30 clients. Camila then became Head of Customer Success, overseeing the entire customer portfolio and conducting training sessions and meetings with the team. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture at Feedz, responsible for maintaining the company's culture, implementing management models, recruitment and selection processes, and training programs.
Throughout their career, Camila has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, showcasing their expertise in project management, customer success, teaching, and scientific research.
Camila Bonetti Nunes received their Engineer's degree in Materials Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2017. Camila also completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Materials from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, from 2015 to 2016.
