Shannon Stevens

Shannon Stevens has worked in various companies and roles since 2015. From 2015 to present, they worked at FRAMBARK as Secretary Board of Directors and Community Organizer, leading a grassroots effort to bring an enclosed dog park to the city, establishing a community education program, and spearheading the PR campaign. In 2019-2020, they worked as a Business Architect for Systems Flow, Inc., where they developed a test strategy and managed business requirements for Citizens Bank Liquidity, Treasury Services: accessESCROW Application Upgrade. Shannon also worked as a Business Analyst for FEI Systems in 2021-2022 and 2023, as well as a Senior Business Analyst/UAT Lead for Boston Mutual Life Insurance in 2022-2023.

Shannon Stevens received their AA in Communications from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College in 1996 and completed their BA in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration at Franklin University in 2005. In 2007, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration - Health Insurance from Franklin University. In 2009, Shannon received a Certificate in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. Later in 2017, they completed a certification program in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage and became a certified Small Animal Massage Therapist from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. Additionally, Shannon recently obtained several additional certifications including Agile Foundations, Lean Technology Strategy: Running Agile at Scale, Unconscious Bias, Agile Testing, and Business Data: From Requirements to Insights from LinkedIn in 2023.
