Nathan Nguyen

Nathan Nguyen serves as the Operations Manager at Feng Cha, where significant achievements include streamlining service area configurations to reduce beverage production time by 50%, creating a comprehensive inventory management process, and establishing payroll and employee scheduling systems. Nathan also played a key role in the hiring and training of new employees. In addition to current responsibilities, Nathan gained experience as an IT and Cybersecurity Analyst Intern at the US Government Accountability Office and as a Summer Intern in the Specialized Crime Division at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. Nathan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at The University of Texas at Dallas, expected to graduate in 2024.
