Andrew Denuzzo

Andrew is responsible and accountable for the operational and financial performance of all Fengate-managed commercial assets in North America, with a focus in the office and retail sectors.

Andrew is also responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for individual assets with a focus on leasing profile, property upgrades and improvements, intensification through development opportunities, capital structure, and hold/sell review analysis based upon financial and market opportunities and trends.

Andrew joined Fengate in 2019, bringing more than 10 years of experience in real estate/private markets.

Andrew is a CFA charterholder and holds a degree in finance from the University of Western Ontario.
