Lauren Trievel

Lauren Trievel is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently employed at Ferguson Enterprises since September 2021, Lauren focuses on hiring for various roles, especially within Distribution Centers and across Waterworks Districts in Northeast, West, and South Central regions. Previously, Lauren coordinated recruiting efforts for Kaeser Compressors USA from November 2005 to November 2008, overseeing recruitment for all positions across the organization. Earlier in the career at Aerotek from August 2002 to September 2005, Lauren served as Account Recruiting Manager, responsible for the identification and management of contract employees. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Miami University, completed in 2002, and graduated with a high school diploma from Pine-Richland High School.
