Sammie Long

Sammie Long has extensive experience in human resources leadership, having held key positions at prominent companies. At Ferguson Enterprises, Sammie served as Chief HR Officer from November 2017 to July 2024, overseeing HR for a $29 billion company with 35,000 associates, while also fulfilling roles as Interim Chief Information Officer and Interim Chief Marketing Officer. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President and CHRO of Global Human Resources at Kellogg Company, where responsibilities included leading HR for a business with $13 billion in global sales.
