With a career spanning from working at TriNet to Miller Environmental Group, Kathy has a proven track record of effectively managing human capital plans, supporting a large number of employees, and implementing cost-saving measures through reorganizations and reductions in force. Kathy has also demonstrated expertise in crafting employee communications, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and managing recruitment processes. With a BA in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross, Kathy brings a strong educational background to their HR roles.
