Kristine Mai

Kristine Mai is a Food Scientist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently working at Ferrara since October 2025. Previously, Kristine held similar roles at TreeHouse Foods from September 2023 to September 2025 and at Greenleaf Foods from January 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included product development. Kristine's career began at ADM as a Product Development Technician from February 2019 to December 2020, following a Product Development Internship at Archer Daniels Midland Company in mid-2018. Earlier experiences also include positions as a Café Associate at Chocolate Café and a Sales Associate at JCPenney. Kristine earned a Bachelor's of Science in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University in 2018.
