Marilyn Giordano

Marilyn Giordano is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in logistics and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ferraro Foods since 2024, Marilyn has held key positions at various reputable companies, including Director of Operations at FreshDirect and Head of Logistics at Butler Hospitality. Previous roles include National Director of Micro-Fulfillment and Logistics at REEF and Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at HelloFresh. Earlier experience encompasses serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Operations Manager at Cornucopia Logistics, LLC. Marilyn holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College. Additional qualifications include a Project Management Certificate from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and a coding bootcamp certificate from Columbia Engineering.
