Stephanie Otis

Stephanie Otis, PharmD CHC, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked for multiple companies over the years. Stephanie started their career with Bayer HealthCare and held the position of Medical Information Specialist from 2007 to 2009. Stephanie then moved on to Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as part of the Medical Affairs, Grants & ISS team from 2007 to 2009. In 2008, Stephanie joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals and has since held various roles within the company. Stephanie started as Assistant Director of Medical Education and Communication, eventually taking on the role of Director of Operations, Medical Affairs. Stephanie also served as the Director of Commercial Excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness before being promoted to Senior Director of Commercial Operations. Stephanie later became the Director of Healthcare Compliance & Ethics and eventually the Associate Vice President of Medical Affairs. In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Vice President, Medical Affairs at Ferring Pharmaceuticals.

Stephanie Otis, PharmD CHC completed their first Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at Western New England University from 1997 to 2002. Stephanie then pursued further education at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where they obtained a second PharmD degree from 2003 to 2006. In 2014-2015, Stephanie pursued a Master's Degree in Healthcare Compliance at The George Washington University. Stephanie has also attained additional certifications, including HBA Mentor from the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and HBA Rising Star in Entrepreneurship. Stephanie is also certified in Healthcare Compliance by the HCCA.
