Rama G.

Rama G. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. They are currently a Cybersecurity student at Springboard, where they have completed over 380 hours of hands-on course material and worked on a capstone project. Prior to this, Rama worked as a Fraud Specialist at Fetch since 2021.

From 2015 to 2021, Rama served as a Fraud Analyst 2 at Accertify, Inc. an American Express company. In this role, they conducted manual reviews of orders, researched fraudulent transactions, provided customer support, identified fraud trends, and resolved complex issues. Rama also trained new team members and prepared monthly status reports.

Before that, Rama worked as an SEO specialist at Boostability from 2014 to 2015, and as an Assistant to the chief of product for the guest houses box at Wonderbox from 2007 to 2008.

Rama G. completed a bootcamp in cybersecurity at Springboard from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from the Paris School of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Their Bachelor's degree in Languages for Business with honors was earned at the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Rama G. obtained several certifications in cybersecurity-related subjects. They completed the "Cybersecurity Foundations," "Learning Linux Command Line," and "Unix Essential Training" certifications from LinkedIn in December 2022.
