Steve Fallat

Steve Fallat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steve currently holds the position of VP of Software Engineering at Fetch, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Technology at Fetch from December 2019 to December 2022.

Prior to WPS, Steve worked at ARRIS (formerly C-Cor) as a Sr. Software Test Engineer from 2002 to 2006. Steve managed the quality assurance team, contributed to the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of a web-based network management system, and served on the Change Control Board (CCB).

Steve's career began at CUNA Mutual Group in 1999, where they worked as a Business Analyst until 2002. In this role, they led software redesign projects and implemented project management methodologies.
