Dara Wiltgen has a diverse range of work experience. Dara began their career as a Retail Salesperson at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2007, where they provided excellent customer service and managed sales transactions. Dara then transitioned to the United Gymnastics Academy, where they held multiple roles, including Recreational Gymnastics Coach, Office Aid, Office Manager, and Mini Program Director. In these positions, they developed and implemented gymnastics programs, managed office operations, and provided customer service.

Dara also gained experience in the banking industry as a Branch Sales and Service Representative at PNC in 2016. Dara assisted customers with various transactions, resolved account issues, and developed new customer relationships. Dara then worked at West Suburban Women's Health as an Administrative Patient Advocate, where they scheduled appointments, managed patient information, and provided customer service.

From 2014 to 2015, Dara worked at Meijer, where they served as a Service Coordinator and Cash Office Team Member/Bookkeeper. In these roles, they trained new team members, managed cashiers, and conducted financial tasks such as safe audits and till balancing.

In 2018, Dara joined Snapsheet Inc as a Customer Service Team Lead. Dara excelled in delivering excellent customer service, providing technical support, and handling escalated calls. Currently, they work at Fetch Rewards as a Customer Support Specialist, where they continue to provide exceptional customer support.
