Andrew Miksch

Andrew Miksch is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technical management and team development. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Fexa since October 2024, Andrew previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Fohr from January 2017 to January 2024, where contributions included setting department goals aligned with business KPIs, managing career development for the engineering team, and overseeing technical product management. As an Engineering Manager at Fohr, Andrew navigated the challenges of the pandemic, effectively managing team restructuring and performance issues, while also fostering relationships with key data providers and successfully integrating a remote team in Brazil. Andrew's technical expertise is rooted in positions such as Back End Developer at Fohr and Web Developer at Project Expedition, complemented by experience as an Apple Solution Consultant. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage and completed a program at the Flatiron School in 2015.
