Roberto Matus

Acting Managing Director, FHI Partners at FHI 360

Roberto Matus is the current Acting Managing Director of FHI Partners at FHI 360. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible, where they were responsible for growing the Economic Growth Practice. Before that, they spent seven years at FHI 360, where they served as the Technical Leader for the Enterprise Development Component of the USAID LENS project in Jordan. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the country-based technical program for micro- and small enterprise growth, including program management, technical leadership, stakeholder and team management. Roberto has a proven track record of developing successful initiatives and building relationships with key stakeholders. Roberto is a respected leader in the field of economic development and has a passion for helping others achieve their full potential.

Roberto Matus received their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with a focus in international business and marketing. Prior to that, they received their BS and BA from the University of Maryland in international business, Spanish language, and literature.
