Puvasha Ramawthar is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience in various capacities within the field. Currently serving as Human Resources for FHI Clinical Inc. since May 2022, Puvasha previously held significant roles at LHH Africa as Head of Training and Leadership Development and Human Resource Manager from June 2015 to November 2021. Additionally, Puvasha worked as a Career and Change Management Consultant at E For Exec and as a Recruitment Consultant/HR Administrator at eSmart Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal.
