Brian Jacobs

VP Service Delivery at Fi360 (now Broadridge)

Brian Jacobs has a diverse range of work experience spanning many years. Brian began their career as a Field Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 1995 and then moved on to work as a Senior Consultant at Idea Integration from 1997 to 2000. Brian then joined Allin Consulting as a Senior Consultant in 2000, followed by a role at Pitt Ohio Express as a System Specialist III from 2001 to 2005.

After that, Jacobs worked at ACS, A Xerox Company as an Infrastructure Manager from 2005 to 2008. Brian was responsible for managing multiple projects and client companies, including a successful global migration project for a pharmaceutical company.

From 2008 to 2010, Jacobs served as a Senior Performance Architectural Analyst at PPG Industries. In this role, they gathered business requirements and implemented synthetic transactions for C-Level applications.

Following their time at PPG Industries, Jacobs became the Director of IT at Mantle Networks from 2010 to 2011. Brian then joined BNY Mellon as a VP from 2011 to 2013.

Currently, Jacobs is the VP of Service Delivery at fi360, a position they have held since June 2013.

Brian Jacobs attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Electronics Engineering. Furthermore, Brian has an additional certification in ITIL, although specific details about the institution and the year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
