Sara Houk

Sara Houk has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Sara started their career as a Business Analyst at American Management Systems from January 1999 to August 2002. Sara then worked as an Attorney at Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir, P.C. from September 2006 to November 2007. In November 2007, they joined K&L Gates as an Attorney and stayed there until March 2013. Sara then worked at PNC as a Senior Counsel from April 2013 to June 2018. Sara then joined Fi360, a Broadridge company, in June 2018 as a Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel. Currently, Sara is working at Broadridge as the VP, Assistant General Counsel - Strategic Sourcing (Global Head of Procurement (Legal)) since May 2023.

Sara Houk completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science at Indiana University Bloomington from 1995 to 1998. Sara then pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law degree (JD) from 2003 to 2006.
