Thales Michell MacHado Maia

Thales Michell Machado Maia has extensive experience in agricultural sales and technical consulting, currently serving as Gerente de filial and Consultor técnico de vendas at FIAGRIL since May 2015. Prior to this role, Thales worked as a Consultor técnico de vendas at Lavrogil Comercio e Representações LTDA, focusing on corn and sorghum seeds and fertilizers. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Assistente Técnico de Vendas at Kimberlit Agrociencias and Bayer CropScience, where support was provided for various agricultural products. Thales began the career as an Estagiário at Fundação de Apoio a Pesquisa Agropecuária Chapadão, gaining hands-on experience in pest management and crop experimentation. Thales holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering from UEMS- Universidade Estadual de Mato Grosso do Sul, obtained from 2006 to 2010.
