Cynthia Peris

Cynthia Peris began their work experience in 2008 as an Assistant at SEFI SA. In 2008, they also worked as an HR Consultant at Star(t) Emploi S.A. From 2010 to 2011, they were an HR People Administration Specialist at HSBC Private Bank. From 2011 to 2021, Cynthia worked at Collège du Léman - International School, initially as an HR Administrator/Coordinator and later as an HR Business Partner and a Human Resources Manager. Cynthia'scurrent role is an HRBP Manager at FIBA, which they started in October 2021.

Cynthia Peris began their education at the University of Geneva, where they completed their Master of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they studied at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from 2004 to 2005. Before their time in Italy, Cynthia attended Université Lyon 3 - Jean Moulin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Language and Literature from 2002 to 2004. In 2015 to 2016, Cynthia pursued further education at HRSE, completing a Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en RH (Gestion et Développement des ressources humaines), specializing in HR Management and Development. Currently, Cynthia is enrolled at United International Business Schools, working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
