Managing Principal, Risk & Transformation Practice at Fidato Partners, LLC

Justin DiGaetano is the Managing Principal of the Risk & Transformation Practice and a Co-Founder of Fidato Partners. He has been providing business process, information technology advisory, and assurance services to his clients for approximately 15 years. Justin has extensive experience with multinational clients with complex business processes, organizations and enterprise application solutions such as SAP, Workday, JD Edwards, and Oracle. He also provides strategic project management and best practices in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations as well as evaluating and redesigning business processes. Additionally, Justin conducts projects to assess and implement Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) audit plans that not only embrace the efficiency concepts outlined in Auditing Standard No. 5, but also maximize the use of technology in designing effective and efficient audits.

Prior to co-founding Fidato Partners, Justin spent 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Risk Assurance Practice. He performed client audits through controls-based testing and analysis to support the overall controls reliance strategy for the financial audit including SOX compliance efforts.

Justin received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University where he currently sits on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Villanova Business School. He also previously served as an Advisory Council Member to Villanova’s Center for Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship. His certifications include: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk Management Assurance® (CRMA®).
