Lauren Passilla

Lauren Passilla is the Director of Retained Search at Fidato Partners. She brings with her over ten years of consulting and recruiting experience supporting clients varying from venture-backed start-ups, middle-market private equity, to Fortune 500.

Prior to rejoining Fidato Partners, Lauren supported the Chief Financial Officer and strategic hire retained search placements, with an emphasis on hyper-growth private equity and venture capital-backed technology companies at True Search. Lauren previously spent more than five years managing the Accounting & Finance recruiting practice at Fidato Partners, where she was responsible for meeting the hiring needs of its growing consulting practice and external recruiting clients. Before initially starting at Fidato Partners, Lauren spent the first four years of her career as an external auditor at Ernst & Young.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Bucknell University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
