Sandra Carroll

Sandra Carroll is an experienced professional in HR technology and management, currently serving as Programme Director for HR Technology at Fidelity International. Previously, Sandra held the position of Head of HR Technology at UDG Healthcare (now Inizio) and Global Director of HR Technology at ICON plc. Early career roles include Senior HR Officer in the Talent Acquisition Team at GE Capital and HR Officer at AIB Capital Markets. Sandra holds a CIPD degree in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland, achieved between 1997 and 2001.
