Anna Rapallini

Anna Rapallini has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment within the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior HR in Sviluppo Risorse at Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking since December 2015, Anna's responsibilities include enhancing staffing resources through the entire hiring process for various positions in both Italian and international markets, as well as managing internal job postings and intra-group mobility. Previously, Anna held roles in human resources at Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, where responsibilities focused on recruiting private bankers and overseeing hiring processes. Before transitioning to human resources, Anna worked in procurement and logistics at Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking SPA, managing service level agreements and supplier relationships, and held positions at Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto Spa and San Paolo Imi Spa as a family manager and IT buyer, respectively. Anna recently completed an Executive Course in Disability Management and the World of Work at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.
