Earl Fischl

Earl Fischl has a diverse work experience. Earl started their career at SaskTel in 2001 as a Technical Writer. In 2002, they joined the Communications Security Establishment as a Software Development Manager and worked there until 2017. During their time at the Communications Security Establishment, they held the position of Head of Analytics from April 2017 to February 2022. In February 2022, they moved to Field Effect as the Head of Service Quality.

Earl Fischl earned a Master's Degree in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University, studying from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and English at the University of Regina, graduating between 1995 and 1999.
