Colette Hands

Colette Hands Miller, EdD, is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Field Museum since October 2023. Prior to this, Colette held various roles at Oakton Community College from July 2013 to October 2023, including Associate Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Workforce Development and Corporate Training. Colette also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and North Park University. Colette holds a Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology and a Master's in Community Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, among other degrees from Northwestern University, Keller Graduate School of Management, and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
