Why this role is important to Field Nation: The Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of designs that meet marketing and business strategies and will have the opportunity to flex a wide variety of graphic design muscles providing solutions from start to finish ranging from sales enablement, video, editorial, illustration, digital, and more. There are opportunities to lead projects from conceptualization to implementation. Are you expected to get everything right? No. Are you expected to show up, work hard, and ask questions? Definitely. We want someone passionate and excited about understanding and evolving our brand and extending their design skills. 

What you'll get to do in this role:

  • Develop creative solutions that align with project objectives and enhance the efficiency of design systems.
  • Produce diverse designs for various mediums, including infographics, motion graphics, social media, presentations, and more, to support company-wide campaign initiatives.
  • Uphold and expand the company's brand style guidelines, ensuring visual brand alignment across all projects.
  • Take ownership of design concepts from start to finish, with the freedom to innovate and lead projects.
  • Stay updated on design and marketing trends, providing informed recommendations to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 2-5 years in design, preferably in-house, with strong Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and proficiency in video and motion graphics software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, functional designs, knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to work within and improve established brand design systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and excel in both solo and team settings.
  • HTML/CSS, UX principles, software product experience, and vector illustration abilities are all pluses.
  • A passion for design, curiosity for continuous learning, a tenacious attitude, and a love for food, especially tacos.
