In 2020, they began working as a Sales Business Manager for Full Potential Solutions, a performance-based outsourcing firm. In 2019, they began working as a Sales Account Manager for TeleTech Philippines. In 2015, they began working as a Sales Executive for Acquire BPO, an Australian-owned and managed call center outsourcing service provider. In 2014, they began working as a Customer Service Associate for Tata Consultancy Services. In 2013, they began working as a Subject Matter Expert for SHORE Solutions Inc. Finally, in 2008, they began working as a Sales Team Lead for Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation.
