Patrik Dreyer

Patrik Dreyer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Patrik is currently the Head of Customer Experience & Go-To-Market Process SaaS at Fieldwire by Hilti, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hilti Group, where they held multiple roles, including Marketing Head Power Tools & Accessories and Tool Services for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa from February 2021 to November 2022, and Marketing Head Business Unit Tool Services for Middle East, Turkey and Africa from July 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining Hilti Group, Dreyer was the Head of Professional Services at Hilti Schweiz from June 2017 to June 2020. In this role, they managed various software and service operation teams in the market organization Switzerland and was responsible for driving new business initiatives and developing the software and service organization. Patrik also worked as a Team Manager for Local Support at Hilti Schweiz from May 2016 to May 2017.

Prior to their time at Hilti, Dreyer worked as a Technical Assistant to the CEO at Swissgrid AG from May 2015 to April 2016. Patrik also served as a Product & Marketing Manager at e+a Elektromaschinen und Antriebe AG from June 2013 to May 2015 and as a Production & Project Engineer at Rheinmetall Air Defence AG from July 2011 to June 2013.

Patrik Dreyer completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Management, with a specialization in Process Controlling, from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Patrik attended this institution from 2011 to 2015.

Following their undergraduate studies, Dreyer pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of St.Gallen. Patrik attended this program from 2017 to 2019. Unfortunately, the field of study during their MBA program was not specified.
