Senior Director of Game & Event Operations at Fiesta Bowl

Emily Holden has a diverse work experience in the field of sports management. Emily served as the Senior Director of Game & Event Operations at the Fiesta Bowl, where they managed game operations, credentialing processes, and team services for the Fiesta Bowl and Cheez-It Bowl games. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Game & Event Operations at the same organization, overseeing similar responsibilities.

Emily also has experience in the ticket office at Arizona State University Athletics, where they worked as a Ticket Representative. Emily later joined the Phoenix Suns & Talking Stick Resort Arena as the Assistant Director of Event Services, where they managed the department and supervised event staff members during athletic and special events.

At the University of Missouri Athletics, Emily held the position of Associate Director of Game Operations, where they coordinated game operations for various sports and managed interns and part-time staff members. Emily also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri, teaching a Game Operations Management course.

Emily began their career at Arizona State University Athletic Operations & Facilities, where they worked as a Senior Event Coordinator and Event Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated numerous athletic and special events and managed guest services and stadium suites. Emily also worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator, planning various events and managing donor liaisons.

Finally, they started their career at the Fiesta Bowl as a Seasonal Assistant, assisting with game operations and managing merchandise sales.

Emily Holden attended Arizona State University from 1998 to 2000, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Emily later pursued a degree in Business & Communications at California Lutheran University from 2000 to 2003, focusing on Marketing & Public Relations. Emily then returned to Arizona State University from 2008 to 2010 to complete a Masters degree in Higher Education.
