Demetrius Cross has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in food and beverage management. Currently working as a Beverage Manager at Fifth Group Restaurants, Demetrius ensures guests have an excellent selection of beverages that complement the seasonal menu. Previously, Demetrius held positions as a Corporate Trainer at Benihana and Assistant Manager of Restaurant and Bars at The Westin Peachtree Plaza. Demetrius also has experience as a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor at Marriott International and as a Supervisor and Head Chef at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services.
