Bipin Puthiyaveetil

Bipin Puthiyaveetil has worked in the software engineering industry since 2000. Bipin began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Accel Frontline Ltd, where they developed an ecommerce portal in Java EJB for Crystal gallery, a school management system product in ASP, and a Lead to cash system from scratch for Loyal textiles in ASP. In 2004, they joined Infosys Technologies Limited as a Programmer Analyst, where they led the requirement analysis, architecture, development, and testing of telecom pricing tools for major telcos worldwide. In 2006, they became a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, where they led the architecture, development, and testing of content management systems for French auto major Peugeot and Citroen. In 2008, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and developed a web portal for Azure Admin portal to enable enrollment transfers for Azure subscriptions using AngularJs, as well as low latency data ingestion and consumption pipelines in the cloud for Microsoft commercial business datasets. In 2019, they began working at Mojio as a Senior Platform Engineer, where they designed and developed an IOT platform to track millions of IOT devices at scale for the largest telco in the USA. In 2021, they joined FigBytes Inc. as the Director of Software Engineering and Senior Software Development Manager, and SensorUp Inc. as the Lead Data Architect.

Bipin Puthiyaveetil began their education in 1997 at Madurai Kamaraj University, and completed their studies there in 2000. In 2022, they will begin their Master of Engineering - MEng in Engineering Leadership at the University of Ottawa, which they will complete in 2025.
