Selin Jessani is the VP of Customer Experience at figbytes. Selin has over 13 years of experience in customer experience, training and development, and management consulting.

Jessani started their career as a Sales & Marketing Analytics Associate at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson. Selin then transitioned to management consulting at Accenture. In 2008, they joined Stage-Gate International as Training and Development Product Manager. Jessani spent nearly 9 years at VelocityEHS, where they served as Director of Customer Experience before joining figbytes in 2021.

At figbytes, Jessani is responsible for leading the customer experience team and driving customer success. Selin is passionate about helping organizations create exceptional customer experiences and is a recognized thought leader in the industry.

Selin Jessani attended McMaster University for their MBA. Selin completed their undergraduate degree at Queen's University in Life Sciences, and also holds a B.Sc. from Queen's University in the same field.

Selin Jessani works with Jean Aouad - VP of Sales, Lyndsay Deckert - VP of Marketing, and Kate Cacciatore - Head of Sustainability. Selin Jessani reports to Ted Dhillon, CEO & Co-Founder.
