Kevin began their career as a Copywriter with Team LGM in 1999, followed by positions at Carlson Marketing Group and British Airways, where they held various sales and marketing roles.

Kevin James Pond attended Hazelwick in Crawley from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained 9 O'Levels and 3 A'Levels. Kevin James then went on to study at The University of Sheffield from 1989 to 1992, earning a BMus degree with a 2:1 (hons) in Music.
