Richard Lindroos

Richard Lindroos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Richard is the Founder and CFO of Fiksu Ruoka Oy, a start-up that focuses on reducing food waste in Finland. Additionally, they held several positions at Fiskars, including Global Category Manager, Logistics Sourcing, Logistics Development Manager, Europe, Supply Chain Development Manager, EMEA, Logistics Manager, EMEA, and Manager, Business and Financial Analysis, EMEA. Prior to Fiskars, Richard worked at Nokia as a Business Controller, Senior Business Analyst, and Specialist in Operations Management and Logistics. Richard also worked at Fazer/Candyking International as a Logistic's project assistant. Overall, Richard has extensive experience in logistics, supply chain management, business analysis, and financial management.

Richard Lindroos obtained a Master of Science in Technology degree with a focus on Logistics, Strategy, Business Administration, and Supply Chain Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completing their studies between 1998 and 2004. In 2013 and 2014, they participated in the Fiskars Leadership Excellence program at INSEAD, specializing in a customized executive leadership program.
