Leah Karvounis

Leah Karvounis is an accomplished People and Culture professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at FILA since April 2022, Leah previously held the role of People and Culture Business Partner at GMHBA Limited from March 2016 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Leah worked as a Human Resources Manager at PVH Corp. from August 2010 to February 2014, providing comprehensive HR support to retail and commercial teams across various functions. Additionally, Leah was a Human Resources Consultant at Funtastic Ltd from February 2003 to June 2010. Leah earned a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and Management from La Trobe University, having completed studies there from 2000 to 2002, and attended Overnewton Anglican Community College for high school education.
