Matias Alejandro Ramirez

Matias Alejandro Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Their most recent role was as Head of Operations at Filadd (YC S21) starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mercado Libre as a Finance Operations Lead (FinOps) from January 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they held various positions at Accenture, starting as an F&A Operations Sr Analyst from February 2013 to July 2014, then becoming an F&A Operations Team Lead from July 2014 to June 2016. Matias Alejandro then progressed to the role of F&A Operations Specialist from June 2016 to February 2019, and finally served as an F&A Operations Associate Manager from February 2019 to January 2021. Prior to Accenture, they worked at IBM as an F&A Ssr Analyst from April 2011 to February 2013, and at an accounting firm as a Tax Analyst from March 2009 to April 2011. Throughout their career, Matias has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams, implementing operational excellence tools, and automating processes to improve efficiency. Matias Alejandro has also successfully led the implementation of SAP S4 Hana at client offices and integrated the acquisition of a company into the group economic.

Matias Alejandro Ramirez pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universidad de 'San Andrés' from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Morón (Oficial). Matias also completed a First Certificate course in English at Cambridge Institute from 2008 to 2010.
