Roberta D'Angelo

Roberta D'Angelo currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at Fileni, a position held since June 2020, where Roberta oversees the entire IT department and aligns technology initiatives with business strategy. Prior to this role, Roberta was the IT EMEA Head for Consumer Service & Quality at Whirlpool Corporation from April 2015 to May 2020, managing IT functions across nine call centers and eight spare parts centers in various European markets. Roberta's earlier experience includes IT management roles at Indesit Company, where responsibilities spanned across Western Europe and included budget management and IT service delivery for multiple subsidiaries. Roberta began their career in IT as a Stager at Area Partners, focusing on SAP systems. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economy and Statistics from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti and further studies at CIS - Business School of Higher Education.
