Jamie Richgels

Jamie Richgels began their work experience in 1998 as an Analyst at ServiceNet, LLC. Jamie then moved on to Arthur Andersen, LLP as a Senior Consultant before co-founding Shop 1to1 in 1999 where they served as a Senior Technology Engineer. From 2001 to 2021, Jamie held various roles at FileTrail, including VP of Engineering and VP of Technology, where they focused on delivering records and information management software solutions globally.

Jamie Richgels earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business from the University of Minnesota in 1997. Later, they completed a Master of Computer Science degree in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2018.
