Sarah Rutland

Sarah Rutland has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sarah started their career at International Paint in 2006 as a Development Technologist, where they focused on epoxy amine primer technology. In 2010, they moved to Essentra Security as a Development Chemist, specializing in gravure security ink formulations and creating bespoke security features. Sarah then joined Essentra Packaging in 2013, taking on roles as a Senior Development Engineer and later as a Global Product Manager for Authentication. In these positions, they gained expertise in covert security features and drove the implementation of authentication features across business units. Most recently, they joined Filtrona in 2018 as a Market Development Manager for Filtrona Tapes.

Sarah Rutland attended The University of Edinburgh from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Chemistry.
