The chairperson used to work at Kuehne + Nagel and the vice chairperson used to work at SiMODiSA Association. Other members have experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Imara Trust Company (Mauritius) Limited and the Managing Director at Alliance Trust Co. (Mauritius) Limited. All members have some form of business education, either from FernUniversität in Hagen, Maastricht University, University of the Witwatersrand, University of Buckingham, or University of Leicester.
