Dylan Dumesnil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career at Codebox Development as a Full-Stack Software Developer, where they used Git for version control and developed iOS and Android applications. They then interned at Relic Entertainment as an Associate Programmer, where they implemented various features and improved scripting language.

Dylan later joined Microsoft and worked as a Software Engineer Co-op, Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Microsoft, they collaborated with various teams to determine feature requirements, built UI using UMG, C++, and Blueprints, and developed innovative systems such as a UI scene stack management system and a custom data binding system.

Most recently, Dylan worked at 1047 Games and Final Strike Games as a Lead UI Engineer. At 1047 Games, they led a team of UI Engineers, rebuilt the UI foundation for the Splitgate game, and mentored other engineers on Unreal best practices. At Final Strike Games, Dylan continued their role as a Lead UI Engineer.
