Ryan W.

Ryan W. has a diverse work experience spanning various accounting and financial roles. Ryan began their career as a Staff Accountant for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington from 2008 to 2013, where they handled cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and data management. In 2007, Ryan co-founded Commissioned by Christ where they served as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial policies, budgeting, fundraising, and strategic planning until 2013. From 2013 to 2021, Ryan worked at Lincoln Property Company in roles ranging from Project Accountant to Controller, taking on increasing responsibilities including managing client relationships, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing financial reporting, and mentoring new accountants. In 2023, Ryan joined Finance Factors as the Vice President and Controller.

Ryan W. has a strong education background in business and finance. Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Management & Information Systems from the same university from 2017 to 2019. In 2008, Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the George Mason University School of Business.

Additionally, in 2015, Ryan pursued studies in accounting at the Northern Virginia Community College. Furthermore, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in August 2017 from the Virginia Board of Accountancy.
