Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson has a strong work history in the banking and financial industry. Michelle started their career at Charter Communications as a Sales Specialist from August 2003 to February 2007. Michelle then moved on to Fifth Third Bank, where they served as a Small Business Banker from September 2009 to September 2010, and later as a Customer Service Manager from September 2010 to November 2011. Michelle then joined Bank of America as a Branch Manager from May 2012 to April 2014. Currently, they are employed at Financial Plus Credit Union in Michigan, where they have held various roles. Michelle started as a Branch Manager from March 2014 to November 2017, then became an Area Branch Manager from November 2017 to March 2021. From March 2021 to July 2022, they worked as the Director of Strategic Innovation, and currently holds the position of Vice President Operations starting from July 2022.
