Marie Goddard has accumulated significant experience in customer marketing and relationship management over a career spanning nearly three decades. Currently serving as Director of Customer Relationship Management at Financial Times since February 2018, Marie has also held the position of Director of Customer Marketing and Head of Customer Marketing. Prior experience includes leadership roles at BT from July 2003 to February 2018, where responsibilities encompassed Head of Customer Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager. Earlier in the career, Marie was Head of Marcomms at Thus plc and held several research roles at Informer and Broadcast Research. Marie Goddard holds a degree from Middlesex University, completed in 1994.
