Partha Pal

Partha Pal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple organizations, currently serving as the Global HR Director for Payments at Finastra since September 2019. In this role, Partha partners with CXOs to implement a comprehensive People strategy for a global workforce of 700 employees, focusing on aspects such as Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and Leadership Development. Prior to this, Partha held significant HR leadership positions at Amdocs BPO Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included launching the new entity, and Amdocs, managing HR strategy for a division of 2400 employees. Earlier career experiences include roles in organizational development at Honeywell Technology Solutions and teaching at various academic institutions. Partha holds an MBA in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Nagpur University.
