Dana Melby is currently working as a Senior Manager of Strategy & Insights at Finch Brands, where Dana focuses on conducting end-to-end research and translating data into actionable strategies for various industries. Prior to this, Dana worked as a Contracted Consultant at EY, RappiCard México, and TD, utilizing their expertise in behavioral science to conduct research and drive consumer behavior. Dana previously held roles at Perpay Inc. where Dana analyzed user journeys and drove key business outcomes in the e-commerce industry. Dana also has experience as a Business Development Intern and Research Assistant, with a Master of Science in Behavioral & Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
