Melanie Lybarger

Melanie Lybarger has extensive experience in supported employment and community access services, currently working as a Supported Employment Specialist and Community Access Specialist at Finck Supported Living Services since December 2015. In this role, Melanie provides support to clients in areas such as relationship building, independent functioning, self-advocacy, socialization, and personal and financial responsibility. Additionally, Melanie has worked as an Independent Research Consultant since January 1996 and served as a research associate at the American Board of Family Medicine from February 2012 to October 2015. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Communications, both degrees earned from the University of Kentucky.
