Senior Marketing Manager - US at Finder

Lily Jamieson has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing. Lily started their career at Sportsgirl as a Sales Assistant from May 2010 to November 2011. Lily then worked as a Fashion Stylist at David Jones from November 2011 to December 2012, and later at Willow from December 2012 to July 2013.

In 2013, Lily joined Agency M Australia as a Search Coordinator, where they were responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing budgets for key accounts until April 2014. Lily then moved to Mindshare and worked as a Biddable Media Assistant from April 2014 to August 2014. In this role, they built and optimized Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, and Facebook campaigns.

Following their time at Mindshare, Lily worked at David Jones as a Digital Performance Marketing Coordinator from May 2016 to July 2017. In this role, they managed marketing strategies for SEM, retargeting, prospecting, and affiliate channels. Lily also worked closely with luxury beauty brands to develop performance strategies and executed product launches and promotions.

Lily's next position was at Finder, where they initially served as a Digital Marketing Manager - AU from July 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they managed all marketing channels for the Australian market. From July 2020 to December 2020, they transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Manager - International, developing marketing strategies for global markets outside of Australia, the US, and the UK. Lily successfully launched personal loans and car loans in New Zealand during this time.

Lily then took on the role of Digital Marketing Manager - US at Finder from December 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they managed all product verticals for the US market across various marketing channels and achieved significant revenue growth. From May 2022 to the present, they have been serving as the Digital Marketing Lead - US at Finder, continuing their responsibilities in overseeing marketing campaigns and achieving revenue and margin goals.
