Luke Obermann has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Luke started their career as a Summer Researcher at St. Olaf College, where they developed an interdisciplinary statistics course. After that, they worked as an English Teacher at Martin Luther Schule, where they conducted English lessons and led conversation classes.

Luke then joined Epic, where they held multiple roles. Luke began as a Technical Solutions Engineer, providing guidance on system optimization and leading the technical support team. Luke later became the Employee Recognition Lead, facilitating awards for employees and creating a new classification of awards. Luke also served as the New Functionality Lead, directing strategy and operations for the EpicCare Ambulatory software. Finally, they became the Director of Technical Solutions, managing a team and advising on talent management and employee engagement practices.

Following their time at Epic, Luke joined Limeade as a Strategic Account Executive. Luke managed relationships with customer accounts, guiding the strategy of customer benefits teams and generating upsell opportunities. Luke also conducted data analysis and studied the impact of product engagement on ROI metrics.

Luke then transitioned to Nordic Global, where they held two roles. First, as an Ambulatory Senior App Analyst at NorthShore University HealthSystem, they analyzed and optimized the Epic EMR configuration to support quality initiatives. Luke then became a Healthy Planet Analyst at Advocate Aurora Health, coordinating and implementing the Epic EMR Healthy Planet application for the rollout of over 300 clinics.

Currently, Luke works at findhelp as a Director of Product Support. Luke leads the Product Support and Technical Solutions teams, focusing on providing technical support, issue resolution, and project solutioning for customers. Luke has scaled operational processes, developed a hiring pipeline, and implemented various improvements for customer support.

Throughout their career, Luke has demonstrated expertise in project management, technical support, team leadership, and customer relationship management.

Luke Obermann holds a Master's of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Psychology at St. Olaf College from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Luke has acquired several certifications including PMC Level 1 from Pragmatic Institute in May 2023, Healthy Planet certification from Epic in July 2017, Clarity Data Model - EpicCare Ambulatory certification from Epic in August 2014, Server Tech Camp (Caché Programmer) certification from Epic in January 2014, and EpicCare Ambulatory certification from Epic in October 2013.
